Are you a certified cosmetic manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a direct manufacturer with over 20 years of industry experience. Our state-of-the-art factory is fully cGMP-qualified and NSF-certified, ensuring that every product we manufacture meets the highest global safety and quality standards.

Our production facility is located in the Huadu District of Guangzhou, China, just 35km from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. We warmly welcome international brands, founders, and sourcing managers to visit our factory, audit our production lines, and meet our R&D team.

We operate 8 advanced production lines specializing in a wide range of categories, including:

  • Skin Care: Serums, creams, cleansers, and toners

  • Body & Hair Care: Lotions, washes, shampoos, and conditioners

  • Hair Color: Professional and consumer-grade dyes

  • Aerosol Cosmetics: Sprays and mists

  • OTC (Over-The-Counter) Products: Sunscreens, anti-acne, antiperspirants, and anti-dandruff formulations.

Do you offer Private Label (OEM) and Custom Formulation (ODM) services?

Yes. We provide complete turnkey OEM and ODM services. This includes custom formulation, packaging selection, label design, display boxes, outer cartons, and comprehensive ingredient documentation. Whether you want to utilize our proven, mature formulas or build a custom product from scratch, we have the infrastructure to support your brand.

Absolutely. Our in-house R&D chemists can customize products based on your designated active ingredients, desired efficacy, texture, color, and fragrance. We leverage our extensive library of mature formulas as a baseline to reduce your development time while meeting your exact specifications.

Because scent preference is highly subjective, we offer flexible solutions. You can choose from our extensive fragrance catalog, nominate a designated fragrance supplier, or send us a benchmark perfume/scent. Our chemists will formulate a custom scent profile to match your reference.

Yes, we accept customer-supplied packaging. However, to ensure product integrity and trustworthiness, we require you to send us packaging samples prior to mass production. We will conduct rigorous bulk-to-packaging stability and compatibility tests to guarantee there are no leaking, degradation, or quality issues.

We act as a true partner to our clients by offering end-to-end services, including:

  • Formula customization and benchmark analysis

  • Packaging sourcing, design, and compatibility testing

  • Bulk stability testing

  • Regulatory affairs support and shipping/freight agent coordination

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for mass production?

Our MOQs are designed to support both emerging brands and large-scale enterprises. Private label MOQ typically starts at 5,000 to 10,000 units, depending on the product’s fill capacity and packaging type. If you are purchasing bulk cosmetic bases (unfilled), the MOQ is 100kg per formula. Contact us with your project details, and we will provide tailored packaging suggestions and a budget breakdown.

Once we confirm your specific formula requirements, we provide 2 to 5 free samples of each product type for your evaluation. While the samples are complimentary, we ask that your company covers the shipping costs. Shipping fees can be paid conveniently via PayPal, T/T, Alipay, or WeChat.

Our R&D team typically requires 2 to 3 days to craft and finalize your custom samples. Once dispatched, air freight takes approximately 8 to 10 days, while sea freight takes about 20 days. If you have a designated freight forwarder in China, we are happy to route the samples directly to them.

To protect intellectual property, we disclose the primary active ingredients prior to sample testing. Once you approve the final sample and place the official order, we will provide a comprehensive Formula Sheet, complete with INCI names, CAS numbers, and exact ingredient percentages for your brand’s regulatory compliance.

What specific documents and certificates can you provide for customs clearance and retail registration?

We supply comprehensive documentation to support your product’s legality and safety, including:

  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) & Certificates of Analysis (COA)

  • Product Formula Sheets & Stability Reports

  • Commercial & Proforma Invoices

  • Certificates of Free Sale & Certificates of Origin (Form E)

  • Halal Certifications

  • FDA Registration and Listing documentation

Yes. We have established a robust, compliant production system specifically for US-market OTC products. Operating under strict cGMP guidelines and holding NSF certification, we safely manufacture OTC products such as sunscreens, anti-acne treatments, antiperspirants, anti-dandruff shampoos, and antibacterial products.

We guide brands through the rigorous pre-review compliance process for FDA OTC Monographs. Our comprehensive checklist includes:

  1. Formula Review: Verifying active ingredient percentages comply with FDA Monographs.

  2. Label & Claim Review: Ensuring legal marketing verbiage.

  3. Toxicological Risk Assessment (TRA)

  4. Testing Protocols: Active substance content, USP 51 (Anti-corrosion challenge), USP 61+62 (Microbiological testing), Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury), Dioxane, and Water Activity.

  5. Clinical/Consumer Testing: Human efficacy and allergy testing.

  6. FDA Registration: NDC code application and OTC product listing.

Yes. Upon confirmation of the official order, formula, and associated testing fees, our regulatory team will manage the FDA registration process using your company’s account.
(For transparent FDA public information on NDC enterprise registrations, OTC product listings, and OTC Monographs, we adhere strictly to the guidelines published on FDA.gov and DailyMed).

What is your standard production lead time?

Lead times vary by product category and raw material requirements:

  • Standard Skin/Body Care & Hair Color: 25 to 35 days.

  • Aerosol Products: 18 to 25 days.

  • OTC Drugs (e.g., Sunscreen): 35 to 40 days (this accommodates mandatory, rigorous raw material testing against COA standards).

  • Note: Once all packaging is received and QC-cleared at our facility, the actual mass production and filling process takes only 7 to 10 days.

Transit time depends on your chosen freight method. Air freight typically takes 8 to 10 days. Ocean freight or railway transportation generally takes 25 to 35 days. We can work with your preferred forwarder or arrange shipping on your behalf.

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (Credit Cards accepted), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Our standard B2B payment term is a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment following a successful quality inspection.
